I am a very good communicator and pride myself on being able to safely express my opinion, the needs of others and the needs of the company as they have been presented to me. I love working on a team and do not look to be the lead, I look to make the project successful through being a team player. Not all jobs are pretty and luxurious but they all need to be done. Victims awareness has taught me how to relate and have empathy for others. This helps me in my work because I am able to think of my team and not just my own ambitions and goals. I have learned that life is solving problems and the developer is a great problem solver. I have learn the art of delegating my time and managing the allotted hours so I am the most productive and efficient in my work. I use the same principles of self-discipline in my professional life that I use in my home life. A man without self control is a burden on his team and his family. So I learned to control myself and use discipline and hard work to make me the best that I can be.
